Augustana Care Corporation, Apple Valley Health Care Center and Lemieux Partnership II are pleased to announce the purchase and acquisition of Apple Valley Health Care Center and Apple Valley Villa Senior Apartments to Augustana.

Augustana, a Lutheran faith based organization providing housing options and services for 55+ since 1896, offers various senior housing options that include market rate, as well as, affordable housing. Levels of housing options and services offered are independent, assisted living, memory care, transitional care, rehabilitation, adult day and home health care.
